My back, neck and head ache like fuck. My wisdom teeth are still coming through and have decided to hurt today. My chest is tight. My stomach feels like it’s trying to escape and my skin is on fire one minute and ice cold the next. My throat is dry as fuck and my nose is blocked.

I am in physical pain as well as mental pain and I’m so fucking sick of feeling like this and relying on tablets to make me feel better.
